March's recipe of the month

Kelsi’s No bakes


2 tsp. margarin

1/4 cup plus 2 tsp. granulated sugar

2 tbs. brown sugar

2 tsp. milk

2 tsp. coco

dash of salt

2 tsp. butterscotch chips or peanut butter

1/2 c. to 3/4 c quick oars

1/4 c. rice crisps

1/4 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. flour


Chocolate chip and caramel for garnish


  • In a medium sauce pan, combine margarine sugar, brown sugar, milk salt, and coco
  • Bring mixture to a boil on medium heat
  • Boil for a minute
  • remove pan from heat and add butterscotch chips or peanut butter, quick oats, rice crisps, vanilla and flour
  • stir until well mixed. (this mixture should be sticky if it is to dry add a tsp. of milk and reheat on stove, stir constantly. if it still to dry then add another tsp. of milk.)
  • Using a cookie scooper, Drop mixture on a plate with wax paper.
  • Allow to cool
  • Drizzle with melt chocolate chips and carmel over them cool again


To make drizzle

  • 1/4 cup of each chocolate chips and caramel( chips or cubes)
  • And a tsp of water.
  • Heat up in microwave for five second intervals of 3.

Book Post.

As you all know I have started writing a book. Even thought we didn't get 12 people to comment, I know my mom and Aunt want to hear the book. So I hope we can get more views as the book goes along. My first post of the book will be on February 12. Hope to see you. And if you are wonder why February 12, Because i need time to type and write. Thanks and good bye!!
