Kelsi’s No bakes
2 tsp. margarin
1/4 cup plus 2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 tbs. brown sugar
2 tsp. milk
2 tsp. coco
dash of salt
2 tsp. butterscotch chips or peanut butter
1/2 c. to 3/4 c quick oars
1/4 c. rice crisps
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. flour
Chocolate chip and caramel for garnish
- In a medium sauce pan, combine margarine sugar, brown sugar, milk salt, and coco
- Bring mixture to a boil on medium heat
- Boil for a minute
- remove pan from heat and add butterscotch chips or peanut butter, quick oats, rice crisps, vanilla and flour
- stir until well mixed. (this mixture should be sticky if it is to dry add a tsp. of milk and reheat on stove, stir constantly. if it still to dry then add another tsp. of milk.)
- Using a cookie scooper, Drop mixture on a plate with wax paper.
- Allow to cool
- Drizzle with melt chocolate chips and carmel over them cool again
To make drizzle
- 1/4 cup of each chocolate chips and caramel( chips or cubes)
- And a tsp of water.
- Heat up in microwave for five second intervals of 3.
